Road Map to a Highly Skilled Workforce

Level 1: Support Professionals

In this level, Support Professionals will gain fundamental skills and knowledge.

Level 2: Support Professionals

These courses will increase the confidence and effectiveness of a Support Professional.

Level 3: Support Professionals

A Support Professional will be more person centred & will achieve a well rounded level of competency throughout this level.

Level 4: Transition to Management

The transition from disability support worker to manager can be a challenging journey. Completing these courses will set a new manager on the right path.

Level 5: Middle Managers

Middle managers require a broad range of skills. The topics for this level focus on managing change, people and budgets.

Level 6: Executive Leaders

This series takes an organisational-wide view on strategy execution, NDIS compliance and provides you with the steps to create a coaching and high performance culture. It will take you to the next level.

Level 7: CEO

CEO training will focus on leading an organisation through times of reform. Skills covered include sharpening strategic, financial, legal and marketing skills.
